SoBol Rewards

Food is good, app sucks. There is no way to enter a payment method. When I get to the cart there are only options for loyalty or gift card. "Select payment" looks like a link but does nothing. No option to add a payment method to your profile either. Guess I won't be using the app to order ever.

The food is amazing, 5 star rating for the food and service. Please do not misunderstand my rating, I am a regular customer. The app has many glitches when placing orders. When I try to apply my rewards discount, I have to try many attempts before it actually gets accepted. Also, during checkout I was receiving a null message, I had to keep trying so the order could be completed successfully. So the app is glitchy, but the food and service is excellent at the Ditmars Blvd location.

I love sobol, but this app makes me crazy! I already have full location permission on, but it says I don't. It makes me log in when I'm already logged in to place an order. Of you hit the wrong thing & go home, it thinks your cart is empty, then you have to search for a store AGAIN to get back to your order. Half the time the card then doesn't process when trying to check out. SO FRUSTRATING!
